Joel B. Predd
Joel B. Predd is an Associate Engineer at the RAND Corporation. Prior to joining RAND, Predd earned a Ph.D. in the Information Sciences and Systems program in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Princeton University, received a B.S. in electrical engineering from Purdue University, and was a visiting researcher at National ICT Australia. His primary policy research interests are in the domain of homeland security, specifically as it pertains to border security, information and network security, and information technology policy. His theoretical interests are in statistical and computational theories of learning.
