BORDERS Hosts MSI Summer Research Teams

During the 2013 summer, The National Center for Border Security and Immigration (BORDERS) is hosting two Minority Serving Institutions (MSI) Summer Research Teams.

The MSI Summer Research Team program provides early career faculty from MSIs with research and funding opportunities at Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Centers of Excellence that can be advantageous when applying for tenure. The program also provides later career faculty with opportunities to apply their well-developed skill sets to homeland security research problems of vital interest to the nation.
